Since 2018 Sophie Hellinger has been the sole, leading representative of Original Hellinger Familienstellen. Thousands of participants worldwide attended her seminars and congresses. As the motor of the spiritual development of Familienstellen, she has helped countless people to a happier, healthier and more successful life.
Before Sophie Hellinger met Bert Hellinger and his Familienstellen more than twenty years ago, she had completed intensive training in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). For many years she managed a health centre abroad for these alternative healing methods and a seminar house with an attached hotel. In addition, Sophie Hellinger was trained in various types of meditation and alternative healing methods. Previously, she was a successful entrepreneur in the real estate and property development business.
For many years, Sophie Hellinger researched ways to improve the mental and physical health and development of human beings and to lead them as a spiritual being to a happy and fulfilled life. Only when she had discovered Familienstellen by Bert Hellinger, she had reached the goal of her search. In 1999, with the consent of Bert Hellinger, she founded the HellingerSchule®, where she still offers her very special training as a family constellation facilitator, including Cosmic Power®.
After her marriage to Bert Hellinger in 2002, Sophie Hellinger and Bert Hellinger further developed Familiensellen into Original Hellinger Familienstellen, which today is taught, demonstrated and offered exclusively by the HellingerSchule® worldwide. From that time on Sophie Hellinger was also active and present as an equal partner at the side of Bert Hellinger in all his seminars and performances.
Sophie Hellinger also developed the energy method Cosmic Power®, which is taught and practiced worldwide. In her and Bert Hellinger’s opinion, this perception and breathing technique provides the basis for the Original Hellinger® Familienstellen, which requires a special technique of perception.
In addition, Sophie Hellinger has made a name for herself as an author of books. Her works have been translated into several languages and are also available in South America and China, for example.
In 2018 Bert Hellinger retired from public life and handed over his entire work to his wife Sophie Hellinger.
Due to the many requests, which increased from year to year, regarding a training at the source to become a Hellinger Family Constellator, Sophie Hellinger founded the Hellinger®schule. In this school, students are taught the basic laws of life discovered by Bert Hellinger, the “Orders of Love” and today’s Original Hellinger® Family Constellation. The curriculum is taught empirically in seminars, talks, lectures and constellations for all necessary life situations. Practice and supervision seminars complete the offer.
